Spring I Flex Varsity Pass
Coppermine, in conjunction with Evolve Sports Performance, is excited to offer the Spring I FLEX Varsity Pass: a customizable speed and agility class for athletes 11-18 years old between March 6-April 27. Spring I FLEX Varsity Pass holders can drop-in to any of the offered Coppermine 4 Seasons sports performance classes at their convenience. No reservations necessary. Benefit from an intense 1-hour workout focused on Evolve’s 4 Key Principles (Movement, Strength, Flexibility, and Injury Prevention) while choosing the schedule that works best for you. Classes are held Monday 6:00pm, Tuesday 7:30pm, Wednesday 7:30pm, and Thursday 6:00pm. Spring I FLEX Varsity Pass holders can attend an unlimited number of classes within the named session.

Human Performance Class @ 4 Seasons
Monday – Friday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 4:00pm and 5:00pm
The Strength and Conditioning program is designed to get everyone in the best shape they can be in. The program is designed around a Functional Fitness base that includes Strength training, gymnastic movements, bodyweight movements and metabolic conditioning. The Program is for all levels of fitness and can be enjoyed by anyone looking to be healthier and to improve their overall fitness. Each 1-hour class is taught by a coach and is in a positive uplifting atmosphere.
Member can reserve their classes with the front desk staff.
