Coppermine, in conjunction with Evolve Sports Performance, is excited to offer the Winter I FLEX V Pass: a customizable speed and agility class for athletes 10-18 years old between October 30 and December 22. Winter Flex Pass holders can drop-in to any of the offered Coppermine 4 Seasons sports performance classes at their convenience. No reservation necessary. Unlimited number of classes. Benefit from an intense 1-hour workout focused on Evolve’s 4 Key Principles (Movement, Strength, Flexibility, and Injury Prevention) while choosing the schedule that works best for you. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm and Thursday from 7:00-8:00pm.

The Strength and Conditioning program is designed to get everyone in the best shape they can be in. The program is designed around a Functional Fitness base that includes Strength training, gymnastic movements, bodyweight movements and metabolic conditioning. The Program is for all levels of fitness and can be enjoyed by anyone looking to be healthier and to improve their overall fitness. Each 1-hour class is taught by a coach and is in a positive uplifting atmosphere.
Member can reserve their classes with the front desk staff.
