Summer Flex Pass

Coppermine, in conjunction with Evolve Sports Performance, is excited to offer an early Summer FLEX Pass: a customizable speed and agility class for athletes 10-18 years old between June 20th and August 12th. Summer FLEX Pass holders can drop-in to any of Coppermine 4 Seasons sports performance classes at their convenience. No reservation necessary. Benefit from an intense 1-hour workout focused on Evolve’s 4 Key Principles (Movement, Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention) while choosing the schedule that works best for you. Classes are held Monday thru Friday 10:30 AM, Tuesdays 7 PM, Thursdays and Fridays 6 PM. This is a punch card system; Summer FLEX Pass holders are allowed to attend up to 32 classes within the named session. *no classes offered 6/24. $50 Discount for additional siblings.

Human Performance Class Schedule

Monday – Friday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 4:00pm and 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am

The Strength and Conditioning program is designed to get everyone in the best shape they can be in. The program is designed around a Functional Fitness base that includes Strength training, gymnastic movements, bodyweight movements and metabolic conditioning. The Program is for all levels of fitness and can be enjoyed by anyone looking to be healthier and to improve their overall fitness. Each 1-hour class is taught by a coach and is in a positive uplifting atmosphere.

Member can reserve their classes with the front desk staff.
